Kunsthaus Bregenz’s collaborations with other institutions and cultural organizations provide a valuable opportunity for networking and discourse. Jointly working with new partners during 2017, such as the Franz-Michael-Felder-Verein, the poolbar festival, Philosophicum Lech, Sparkasse 3-Länder-Marathon, Vorarlberger Landesbibliothek, and Werkraum Bregenzerwald, proved highly successful.

The Bregenz Festival has been a long-term KUB partner. In 2017 the Opernatelier organized various Einblicke events at Kunsthaus Bregenz, providing insights into the creation of an opera, including concerts, talks, and readings. The Einblicke series culminated in the premiere of the opera To the Lighthouse at the Bregenz Festival 2017, composed by Zesses Selgias and designed by Jakob Kolding. In 2018 KUB and Bregenz Festival started a new round of the format with composer Alexander Moosbrugger and artist Flaka Haliti working on the opera Wind, which will premiere in 2020.

Since 2017 Kunsthaus Bregenz collaborates with Philosophicum Lech. Under the title Philosophieren im KUB, each year a philosophical tour through Kunsthaus Bregenz takes place during the duration of Philosophicum Lech.
