Kunsthaus Bregenz’s spacious foyer on the ground floor, its three upper floors, lecture room on the basement level, and the KUB square in front of the building offer the ideal venue for all kinds of events. Our premises are available for leasing, as long as your event is able to fit in with the exhibition schedule. The foyer in particular is ideal for a wide range of receptions, presentations, and conferences.
KUB boasts an exhibition area of around 2000 m², employing state of the art event technology operated by the in-house technical team. Our technical staff and the marketing department will be pleased to provide you with professional assistance during the planning and implementation of your event. On request, we can also arrange an accompanying program comprising guided tours of the current exhibition and the building’s architecture.

First to Third Upper Floors
Covering 464 m² and with ceiling heights of 4.25 meters (1st and 2nd floors) and 4.95 meters (3rd floor) the upper levels are suitable for both large scale events and conferences.
Lecture Room on the Basement Level
Covering 131 m² and at a height of 3.86 meters, the space is above all suitable for smaller presentations and lectures to audiences of a maximum of 60 people.
KUB’s own square in front of the building covers 500 m² and can be leased together with the foyer or the basement level event space.
Technical resources: stage, public address system, microphones, tripods, mixing desk, CD and DVD player, digital projector, projection screen, lectern, in-floor power sockets, wall sockets, programmable and dimmable ceiling lighting systems, audio and video recording.
